Links (Zenodo) are provided to annotated imageJ/Fiji scripts for the analysis of acquired zebrafish images.
It is advised to open them through the Edit function (Plugins>Macros>Edit) so you can readily change the parameters being measured (the channel that remains open is the channel that gets measured)
