The (Zebrafish) Xenograft Phenotype Interactive Repository (Xe.Ph.I.R) is an online database for describing how human cancer behaves when engrafted in zebrafish embryos. We provide representative images of the first days of cancer development post-engraftment and all the metadata required to recapitulate the experiments.
So if you either want to learn how the cancer cell culture should look like prior to injecting into the zebrafish or if you ever wondered how triple negative human breast cancer looks engrafted in zebrafish larvae, you are welcome to browse through XePhiR. In the future, I will expand this website with more engrafted cell lines, as well as with useful tools such as the ImageJ Macros that I use for data analysis.
